We have 3 full time chefs: Didier, Mario and Bee. Didier is our French Head Chef who, along with Cypriat Mario, prepare fresh, wholesome, homemade food every day. We work closely with local suppliers to ensure freshness and seasonal produce and support our local community.

We don’t do anything frozen or processed!!
For those after more of snack, we offer a range of pre-made sandwiches and wraps, as well as freshly baked baguettes to order with
numerous fillings to choose from – all served with a salad and dressing.
For the kids, we offer sandwich boxes which they can choose 5 items from a range of 15 choices – sandwiches, Frubes, crisps, drink, cheese sticks, houmous, fruit segments, vegetable sticks etc
We also do homemade soup, seasonal salads, potato wedges, sweet potato fries and a range of jacket potatoes and a variety of fresh fillings.
Bee is our full time Pastry Chef, the master of the Cup Cake, the Lemon Drizzle and Chocolate Mud Cake. She also turns her wooden spoon and creates many other flapjacks, brownies (my favourite!), shortbread and gigantic cookies. A very important person to keep sweet..
We only serve barista style coffee, from a Cappucino to an Espresso, along with freshly brewed tea and stock lots of fruit and mint
varieties to try.
We have a full range of cold drinks – carbonated and still, as well as fruit juices.
For those with allergies, we cater for gluten free, lactose intolerant and those with nut allergies. Almost all of our hot food is gluten free, and information of what is in every dish is available and displayed on the food counter, so please do ask.
